		<description>Its too simple, take 2 cups pomegranate juice, bring to a boil, then simmer til it reduces by about half. Add a cup of sugar, stir til dissolved, and let it cool. You can add red color if you feel the need, but it makes such a rich dark purpley colour on its own.
