		<description>Is the coffee required?? I have people in my house who are either allergic to or otherwise do not like coffee.
&lt;strong&gt;Well it would change the flavor a bit, obviously, but the volume isn&#039;t enough to mess anything up. If folks are allergic I think it would be fine! It doesn&#039;t end up with a real coffee flavor, so the folks who don&#039;t like coffee may like the Irish cream regardless. Let me know how it turns out! ~ OPK</description>
